We layered protection across three fronts: network-level intrusion detection and segmentation, endpoint hardening and monitoring, and data-handling policy with encryption at rest and in transit. Each layer was built to work with the others rather than as a bolt-on point solution.
Rollout was phased by business unit so no single team lost access for long, with a rollback plan at every stage. We validated each control with the client's own IT team before moving to the next, so the handover on completion required no additional training pass.
