MeyLing Technologies ("MeyLing", "we", "us") provides IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI SOC / AIOps services from Chennai, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through meylingtechnologies.com.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service interest, and message you provide. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through the website, and we don't ask you to submit any in the contact form.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and — if you become a client — to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. Submitting the form sends your data to FormSubmit for the sole purpose of relaying it to us by email; FormSubmit does not use it for any other purpose on our behalf.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and withdraw consent for us to hold it. To do so, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
This site does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and, where required, show a cookie notice before any non-essential cookie is set.
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law or contract.
