The brief

A retail chain needed consistent camera coverage and access control across multiple store locations, installed and configured to a single standard so any location could be monitored and managed the same way.

What we did

We installed DVR-based camera systems for full store coverage and biometric access control at staff entry points, configured for centralized monitoring so management can review any location from one place rather than visiting each store's own system.

How we ran the engagement

Installation was scheduled store-by-store around trading hours, with each site tested and signed off before moving to the next, so no location went without coverage during the rollout.
