Email Migration & Infrastructure Redesign

The brief

The client was running day-to-day collaboration on Zoho and wanted to move to Microsoft 365 for tighter integration with their existing Windows environment, alongside a refresh of the on-premise servers and firewalls that supported it.

What we did

We migrated mailboxes, shared drives, and collaboration tools from Zoho to Office 365 with a mapped cutover plan, and paired it with new Dell PowerEdge servers and Fortinet firewalls to modernize the infrastructure the cloud workloads and remaining on-prem systems both depend on.

How we ran the engagement

Migration ran mailbox-by-mailbox and department-by-department outside business hours, with the old Zoho environment kept live as a fallback until every user confirmed their mail, calendar, and files were intact on Office 365.
